Project Overview

Protecting critical infrastructure by using explainable AI at the edge to analyse data flows and detect vulnerabilities across industrial IoT systems.

ICE studies future factories and water treatment systems by analysing interactions between edge devices, cloud platforms, and legacy systems. Vulnerability analysis is complemented by explainable AI on edge nodes to map data flows, provide visual analytics, and build human-centric assurance workflows. The Bristol Critical Infrastructures Testbed informs our demonstrators and evaluation.
